Description
We utilize a customized and private DNA saliva test kit called Your Genomic ResourceTM and its results to interpret your DNA with proprietary software. The Your Genomic ResourceTM test is simple to do. You will agree to the terms of use, follow the instructions included in the test kit, fill the provided tube with your saliva, mail the kit to the lab, and the lab results will be uploaded directly into your file, via scanning, into the Functional Genomic AnalysisTM program. Then we can help you understand your DNA test results and what they could mean to your health.
In a private, 45 minute consultation– in person or on a phone or video conference – you’ll receive a Genetic Variant Nutritional Assessment report that analyzes Your Genomic Resource raw data, plus recommendations for a potential nutritional protocol based on your unique genetics.
It is important consider presenting symptoms or other functional test results before making dietary and supplement decisions based on genetic test results alone. We usually use DNA information along with other functional testing results and current symptoms to determine if there is a need to supplement missing nutrients and antioxidants, or aid in the production of needed enzymes that help reduce damaging oxidants and support healthy cells.
Once we receive your order, your kit will be shipped to you, and you will receive email instructions. Test results typically take 6-8 weeks to come back. Your consultation will be scheduled once your results are in.
