Once at the office we will do a body composition test, weigh and measure you and guide you through the program rules. You then start an elimination/fat burning diet through which we bio-chemically set your body to burn excess fat for fuel, so that muscle mass is NOT lost.
The basic rules for the T360 program are:

- Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Eat a protein and healthy carb at each meal
